This Working Group Forum will focus on how utility rate design and related incentives can support demand flexibility. The Forum will include state exchange as well as presentations by and discussion with Sanem Sergici (Principal, The Brattle Group) and Lon Huber (VP, Rate Design and Strategic Solutions, Duke Energy)
