Suddenly everything is AI. What does it mean, and what are some real-world applications of AI in climate tech? We'll start with a medium dive on AI and Machine Learning, then cover a few specific examples where AI is being used to further climate technologies, with a spotlight on Maiven Energy. The Maiven app is using technologies including ML to change how home energy assessments are performed and facilitate faster and more effective adoption of carbon mitigation technologies and programs..

Adam Greenwade (Meridian Climate): Adam works as a DSM consultant, specializing in the creation of tools, protocols, and frameworks for estimating energy savings and optimizing utility electric, gas, and water savings portfolios. As a self-proclaimed *not* a data scientist, he was drawn to demystify AI after watching it become the buzzword of the century.

Jaqueline Hall (Maiven Energy): Jacqueline, founder and CEO of Maiven Energy, brings over a decade of expertise in the energy industry, with a focus on demand response and energy markets. She is dedicated to business models that align sustainable choices with economic advantages for customers, and firmly believes in the transformative power of AI to expedite our journey towards a sustainable future.
