NASEO will present an overview of the draft letter for U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP) in response to the Administrative and Legal Requirements Document (ALRD) for Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole-House Rebates (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR).
