NASEO together with the National Governor’s Association (NGA) will host a states-and territories-only virtual roundtable to discuss opportunities for state leadership in transmission expansion, challenges to expanding the transmission system, and how NASEO and NGA can meaningfully support state efforts. This virtual roundtable will take the form of a series of facilitated discussions, breakout sessions, and group dialogues. Lessons learned from this roundtable will inform the agenda for a subsequent in-person event focused entirely on transmission, tentatively scheduled for October 2024.
