State Energy Offices are invited to join a discussion with the California Energy Commission; Hawaii State Energy Office; New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority to hear about their experiences submitting an application for the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR).
