Join NASEO for the next installment of the Powering Up Data Centers webinar series, Sizing Up Large Loads: Tariff Design in Practice. This session will provide an overview of large load tariff fundamentals, examine the outcomes associated with different design and implementation approaches, and present lessons learned from utilities and states that have developed tariffs for data centers and other large energy users.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 1:00 – 2:15 PM ET. Featured speakers will offer perspectives on rate design, utility implementation, and the tracking of large load tariffs nationwide.

The NASEO Powering Up Data Centers series aims to enhance State Energy Offices’ understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with data centers and ensure that State Energy Offices are better equipped to develop policies and programs to meet the energy needs in their states and propel economic development.
