For those who provide construction services to the government, many of the emerging threats, new laws, and regulations will directly impact the materials and equipment that can go onto the construction site and how the work is performed. This panel will discuss key emerging threats and three important laws and regulations that will directly affect government contractors and their supply chains:

• Requirements and implications of NDAA FY 2019, Section 889 (the “Huawei Ban”);
• DFARS Basic Assessment requirements; and
• The status of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) roll out.
