Through the lens of a single project, this webinar will explore how IBM is implementing energy-efficiency improvements across multiple sites using the "as a service" model to avoid upfront costs and accelerate sustainability at scale. Jonathon Lemmond of JLL will discuss the role of the facility manager in coordinating the project's development and hands-on management, while IBM's Brody Wilson will reflect on how the project was shaped by accounting, legal, and risk considerations, and how the energy services agreement offered the flexibility the project required.
