The National Council on Electricity Policy (NCEP) supports collaboration and coordination between state agencies focused on electricity issues and their respective associations. NCEP’s member associations include NASEO, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), the National Governors Association (NGA), the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates (NASUCA), and the National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA).
