On behalf of the European Commission, Solar Heat Europe and UClouvain, Belgium, we
are pleased to formally invite you to attend the 100th Meeting of the Executive Committee of
the International Energy Agency Solar Heating and Cooling Technology Collaboration
Programme, to be held in Brussels, Belgium, from 17 to l9 November 2026.
This milestone meeting will provide an important opportunity for Executive Committee
members and Task Managers to review the Programme's progress, discuss strategic priorities,
strengthen international collaboration, and celebrate the continued contribution of the IEA
SHC TCP to the advancement of solar heating and cooling technologies worldwide.
The meeting will take place in the Albert Borschette Conference Centre, Rue Froissart 36,
1040 Brussels, Belgium.
As hosts, the European Commission, Solar Heat Europe, and UClouvain, Belgium would be
honoured to welcome representatives of the SHC Executive Committee and Task Managers
to Brussels for this significant occasion. Your participation will be highly valued as the
Programme reflects on its achievements and considers future opportunities for cooperation,
innovation, and impact in support of the global clean energy transition.
This letter may also be used, where required, to support travel arrangements and visa or entry
documentation related to attendance at the meeting. Participants are responsible for making
their own travel, accommodation, insurance, and visa arrangements, as applicable.
